College officials led by Dean Aileen V. Rocillo and Research, Development and Extension (RDE) coordinator Dr. David L. Cero visited Barangay Alulod in Indang, Cavite on 25 April 2012 for some exploratory talks regarding the extension program of the College.Based on the consultation meeting with LGU-Indang officials on 23 April 2012, Barangay Alulod was identified as the target community for the program. The group also discussed the schedule of the community needs assessment and requested the assistance of the barangay in the conduct of the survey.
Department chairpersons, unit RDE coordinators and student leaders of the College also attended the meeting.
