• Fifth year electrical engineering students attended the Seminar on Substation Engineering and Design at the Multivector Review and Training Center, Manila on 29 January.
• Electrical engineering students attended the 15th National Student Convention and Mega Seminar at the Mapua Institute of Technology on 17-19 February. 
• Industrial engineering students attended the 9th PIIE National Congress at Le Pavillion Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City on 18 February.
